Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) responsible for managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases to facilitate access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi therapeutics. Objectives: optimize patient access through reimbursement education, support case management, and resolve coverage challenges. Responsibilities: educate providers on reimbursement processes, coordinate with HUBs, pharmacy, and internal teams for benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals; develop strategic territory plans; build collaborative relationships; proactively address reimbursement barriers; ensure documentation and compliance; manage travel within territory. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare or life sciences; at least 7 years in pharma/biotech industry; minimum 3 years in reimbursement, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or related fields; strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and specialty pharma operations; residence within assigned territory; valid driver’s license for extensive travel. Preferred: experience in rare disease or specialty products, supporting product launches, advanced account management skills, and cross-functional collaboration; excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills; high emotional intelligence and adaptability.
