Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Reimbursement Navigator for Arrowhead's Redemplo product, managing healthcare provider accounts to optimize patient access and reimbursement support. Responsibilities include educating providers on reimbursement processes, resolving complex coverage issues, coordinating with HUBs and pharmacies for patient case management, developing territory strategies, and building stakeholder relationships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in healthcare or life sciences), at least 7 years' pharma/biotech experience, with 3+ years in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy. Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement, complex case resolution, and specialty pharmacy operations. High-value: focus on specialty pharmaceuticals, reimbursement support, patient access, with experience in rare diseases or launch settings preferred. Cross-functional collaboration and compliance are essential. Work setup: territory-based with extensive travel within California; salary range $160K–$170K USD.
