Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) responsible for managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases to enhance access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi therapeutics. Core duties include educating providers on reimbursement pathways, resolving complex coverage issues, supporting patient enrollment and appeals, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, market access, and specialty pharmacy teams to implement territory strategies. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 7+ years in pharma/biotech industry, with at least 3 years in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy. Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit processes, reimbursement challenges, and patient support services is essential. Preferred: experience with rare diseases, cardiometabolic conditions, product launches, and payer coverage. Skills include strategic planning, relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication. High-value biopharma specifics: role centered on access to RNAi-based therapies, supporting complex specialty medications, with a focus on reimbursement, patient support programs, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Location: within assigned territory with extensive travel; California-based role with a pay range of $160,000–$170,000 USD.
