Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN) responsible for managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases to enhance access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi therapeutics. Responsibilities: educate providers on reimbursement pathways, analyze complex access issues, coordinate with HUBs and specialty pharmacies, develop territorial strategies, build relationships with healthcare stakeholders, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (healthcare, life sciences preferred); 7+ years in pharma/biotech, with 3+ years in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharmacy; strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement and access challenges; residence within the assigned territory with extensive travel ability. Preferred: experience with rare diseases, specialty pharma launch, payer coverage, and patient support programs; excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship skills; high emotional intelligence and adaptability.
