Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator

Role: Redemplo Reimbursement Navigator (RRN), managing healthcare provider accounts and patient cases to enhance access and reimbursement for Arrowhead's RNAi therapeutic, Redemplo. Responsibilities: educate providers on reimbursement pathways, resolve complex coverage issues, coordinate with HUB, pharmacy, and internal teams for patient enrollment, benefits, and appeals; develop territory strategies; build relationships with healthcare providers, pharmacies, and stakeholders; ensure compliance and accurate documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (healthcare, life sciences preferred); 7+ years pharma/biotech experience; 3+ years in reimbursement, patient access, or specialty pharma; strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit processes; residence within assigned territory with ability to travel extensively. Preferred: experience with rare diseases, specialty pharma launches, payer coverage, and patient support programs; excellent communication, strategic planning, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; high emotional intelligence and adaptability. Work setup: field-based role within California, travel required. Salary: $160,000–$170,000 USD.
