Rebate Operations Manager

Role: Manage end-to-end commercial rebate operations within Vertex's US Market Access team, focusing on contract administration, policy compliance, and financial analysis to mitigate revenue leakage. Responsibilities include contract setup, rebate eligibility validation, dispute resolution, data analytics, and supporting contract strategy and compliance with regulations such as SOX. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders including government pricing, contracting, analytics, and legal teams. Supports process optimization, automation, reporting, and audit readiness. Qualifications: Bachelor's in a quantitative or technical field; 4-6 years in pharmaceutical contract management, rebate processing, or related financial analysis; 2+ years with managed care or government contracts and associated technology (Model N, Validata, EDI, Helix); experience interpreting managed care and rebate agreements; strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
