Responsibilities:
- Perform calculations and generate payments in compliance with executed reimbursement/rebate agreements; maintain assigned account responsibilities.
- Assist in identification and development of information and process requirements; consult with managers/stakeholders to drive process improvement; support data governance, business process management, controls, and data quality/accuracy.
- Respond to data requests with appropriate information and analysis; resolve routine business/system/data questions; perform variance analysis to ensure data completeness and payment accuracy; research and provide training/guidance.
- Support management/coordination of data and information resources; maintain an inventory of policies, procedures, training, and documentation; support standard reporting/metrics; support compliance and audit reviews.
- Coordinate resources for cross-functional projects.

How you will contribute:
- Administer assigned accounts; ensure contract attributes are translated into correct rebate payment system setup; ensure accuracy/integrity/timeliness of payments for Commercial and Medicare Part D customers (rebates, fees, chargebacks) including interpretation of contract language, formulary/benefit compliance, data validation, and rebate calculations.
- Handle non-routine contract/data questions; coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Gather payer claim data files; reconcile payer invoices; perform payment analysis; manage GPO roster/sales volume reconciliation, superlist performance reports, rebate calculations; maintain trading partners and process rebates/fees in ModelN FLEX revenue management system.
- Prepare documentation to support Commercial and Medicare Part D internal/external audits.
- Assist with system/process improvements; provide production support testing and user acceptance testing for rebate-related systems; work with IT on test scripts.
- Update rebate training manual and other materials (e.g., quality control checklists).

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years contracts and pricing experience.
- 2+ years of rebate processing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
- ModelN/Flex Revenue Manager experience in contract implementation/maintenance.
- Experience with commercial contracting price protection methodologies.

- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organization and time management; ability to handle multiple projects in a matrix environment.
- Ability to consider impacts to Takeda, customers, and stakeholders before executing decisions.
