Rare Disease Business Manager β Primary Immune Deficiency and CIDP (PI/CIDP Sales Team)
How you will contribute:
- Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts, sales in outpatient infusion centers/hospitals, and retention on Takeda augmentation treatment.
- Deliver sales presentations; provide technical/administrative product information; educate on neuromuscular conditions and Takeda support resources.
- Understand office influence points affecting diagnosis, treatment, and Rx/referral/order.
- Participate in community education events and conferences.
- Focus on HCPs (Allergy/Immunology, Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, select Internal Medicine/Primary Care, Neurologists) and educate/inform on Takeda brands for Primary Immune Deficiency and CIDP.
- Analyze local/regional business and managed markets trends to build short- and long-term goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Patient Services, Alternate Site Team, Integrated Health Systems, Market Access, and National Accounts to support pull-through opportunities.
- Work compliantly in a matrix environment handling confidential patient information per company practices/policies.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelorβs (BS/BA).
- 3+ years selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Excellent verbal/written communication; navigate complex selling environments and influence multiple decision makers.
- Business acumen, strategic planning, territory/strategic account management and prioritization; interprets analytical data.
- Strong collaboration in cross-functional matrix; understand payer access/reimbursement.
- Adaptability; learning agility to apply clinical expertise compliantly; reside within territory/supported geography.
Preferred requirements:
- 5+ years pharma sales, preferably rare disease.
- Experience coordinating with patient access/market access; consultative/needs-based selling.
- Experience in highly regulated marketplace; leverage digital tools/AI-enabled processes.
Travel: Drive/fly to accounts; some overnight travel up to 25β50%.
Training: Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral). During training for external hires: non-exempt, eligible for overtime only; no sales incentives/bonuses during training.
