Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts, sales in outpatient infusion centers and hospitals, and patient retention on Takeda augmentation treatment.
- Deliver sales presentations; provide technical/administrative product information; educate HCPs on neuromuscular conditions and Takeda support resources.
- Understand office influence points affecting diagnosis, treatment, and Rx/referral/order.
- Participate in community education events and conferences for healthcare professionals and patients.
- Focus on Allergy/Immunology, Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, select Internal Medicine/Primary Care, and Neurologists; educate HCPs on Primary Immune Deficiency and CIDP brands.
- Analyze local/regional/managed market trends to build short- and long-term business goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Patient Services, Alternate Site Team, Integrated Health Systems, Market Access, National Accounts) to improve satisfaction and pull through opportunities.
- Work compliantly in a matrix environment handling confidential patient information.

Required:
- BS/BA; 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda) or relevant clinical/industry experience.
- Excellent written/verbal communication; ability to influence multiple decision makers; business acumen/strategic planning; territory/account management; payer access/reimbursement understanding; adaptability; learning agility; reside in assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years rare disease sales; experience coordinating patient/market access; consultative/needs-based selling; regulated marketplace; use of digital/AI-enabled tools.

Travel:
- Drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
