Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales quotas by driving new patient starts, sales in outpatient infusion centers/hospitals, and retention on Takeda augmentation treatment.
- Conduct customer engagements: sales presentations, technical/administrative product info, and education on neuromuscular conditions and support resources.
- Understand influence points affecting diagnosis, treatment, and Rx/referral/order.
- Participate in community education events and conferences for HCPs and patients.
- Focus on HCPs (Allergy/Immunology, Pulmonology, Infectious Disease, select Internal Medicine/Primary Care, Neurologists) and educate on brands for Primary Immune Deficiency (PI) and CIDP.
- Analyze local/regional trends to set long/short-term goals and deliver business plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Patient Services, Alternate Site Team, Integrated Health Systems, Market Access, National Accounts) to improve satisfaction and pull-through opportunities.
- Work compliantly with confidential patient information in a matrix environment.

- Strong organizational/territory planning; team and independent contribution in matrixed orgs.
- Data acquisition/interpretation; community education; motivate extended team members.
Required:
- BS/BA; 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Excellent communication; influence across decision makers; business acumen/strategic planning.
- Territory/account management and prioritization; interpret data for strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally; understand payer access/reimbursement.
- Adaptability; learning agility; must reside in territory.
Preferred:
- 5+ years sales (preferably rare disease); rare-disease/regulated marketplace experience; consultative needs-based selling; tech/digital/AI openness.
Travel: Drive/fly to accounts; ~25β50% overnight travel.
Training: Mandatory product training with written/oral exams; during training may be non-exempt/overtime-eligible but not eligible for sales incentives; after passing, transition to exempt and eligible for incentives/contests.
