Role: Rare Disease Business Manager (RDBM), LSD Wisconsin/Minnesota (Territory: MN, WI, ND, SD, IA, NE)

Responsibilities / How you will contribute:
- Own business-related activities within the territory, including achievement of sales goals through execution of brand strategies.
- Focus call points on target physicians treating Lysosomal Storage Disorders; provide education to support early diagnosis and/or treatment.
- Conduct in-depth business planning to partner with regional counterparts and allocate appropriate disease state and product education.
- Engage customers to create disease state awareness across multidisciplinary healthcare specialties to enhance the LSD business and support the product portfolio.
- Educate and inform HCPs on the LSD product portfolio: signs/symptoms, differential diagnosis process, and appropriate Takeda treatment options.
- Collaborate with the LSD cross-functional team and internal business partners to coordinate efforts and maximize business outcomes.
- Strategically analyze and apply market data to assess opportunities and priorities.
- Attend conferences/exhibits; plan and execute disease state and product programs using approved vendors.
- Partner with and motivate extended team members to improve performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Integrate and prioritize approved US LSD sales leads and tactics with key stakeholder activities to optimize customer engagement and account outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 5+ years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/medical device or related industries.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary internal/external teams.
- Demonstrated marketplace acumen; consistent track record of success.
- Rare disease experience preferred; complex sales model experience required.
- Strategic territory management success; ability to work within a complex sales model.
- Biotech/biologics/specialty pharmacy experience helpful.
- Buy & bill selling/account management experience preferred.
- Understand payer access and reimbursement at regional/state/local levels.
- Experience managing and communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Travel / Work Requirements:
- Live in the territory.
- Work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Extensive travel (~60%); must have authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental.

Training Requirements:
- Employment contingent upon successful completion of mandatory product training with written and oral examinations.

Compensation & Benefits (explicitly stated):
- For location (Minnesota - Virtual): U.S. hourly wage range $71.15โ€“$97.84.
- May be eligible for short-term incentives; medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, disability and life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, company holidays, well-being benefits, up to 80 hours sick time/year, and up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
