How you will contribute:
- Drive franchise sales growth through execution of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Lead and customer-facing teams to support patients through their HAE journey.
- Lead demand generation focused on healthcare professionals (educate HCPs on Takeda brands for the HAE portfolio).
- Manage complex HAE marketplace dynamics (distribution, site of care); work with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patient access to therapy.
- Adhere to all policies/guidelines, ensure high customer satisfaction, and demonstrate company culture/values.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Clinical sales background; Bachelor of Science degree (minimum) required.
- 5+ years successful healthcare sales experience managing and being accountable for own business.
- Knowledge/experience with complex selling model (highly desirable).
- Biotech experience (desirable).
- Track record of results and compliance.
- Business acumen and knowledge of sales processes.
- Organizational and territory planning skills.
- Ability to acquire/analyze customer data to create sales strategies.
- Change agility experience.
- Demonstrated results influencing HCPs to prescribe/launch (plus).
- 18+ with valid driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Travel ~50% (including overnight; occasional weekends) and support immunology conventions/meetings.
- Authorization and ability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental.
Training Requirements:
- Employment contingent on passing mandatory product training with written and oral examinations.
Territory: Virginia and parts of North Carolina.
Reporting to: Senior Regional Business Director, HAE.
