Rare Disease Business Manager - HAE (Reading, PA)
Reports to: Senior Regional Business Director, HAE

How you will contribute:
- Drive franchise sales growth by executing sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Lead and customer-facing teams to support patients through their HAE journey.
- Lead demand generation focused on healthcare professionals (HCPs) and educate/inform them on Takedaโ€™s HAE portfolio.
- Manage complexity of the HAE marketplace (distribution, site of care).
- Work closely with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patient access to therapy.
- Comply with all policies and guidelines; ensure high customer satisfaction and uphold company culture and values.
- Daytime plus evening and weekend activities; ability to travel.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Clinical sales background; Bachelor of Science degree (minimum) required.
- 5+ years of successful relevant healthcare sales experience managing and being accountable for own business.
- Knowledge/experience with complex selling models (highly desirable).
- Biotech experience (desirable).
- Results-driven with a track record of results and compliance.
- Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of sales processes.
- Strong organizational and territory planning skills.
- Ability to acquire, analyze, and interpret customer data to create sales strategies.
- Change agility experience.
- Experience influencing HCPs to prescribe and launch (plus).
- 18+ years old; valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- Travel ~50% including overnight; occasionally weekends; support Immunology conventions/meetings.
- Authorization and ability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental.

Training Requirements:
- Employment contingent on successfully completing mandatory product training with written and oral examinations.
- During training: non-exempt; eligible for overtime only during training (no eligibility for sales incentives/production-based bonuses).
- Training includes live instruction, independent study, role play, and other activities (up to 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week).
- After passing exams: transitioned to exempt status; paid bi-weekly; eligible for sales incentive programs/contests.

Compensation and Benefits Summary (as stated):
- U.S. Base Salary Range: $148,000.00 - $203,500.00
- May be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives.

- Up to 80 hours of sick time per calendar year; new hires may accrue up to 120 hours of paid vacation.
