Rare Disease Business Manager - HAE (Las Vegas) β€” Reports to Regional Business Lead, HAE

How you will contribute:
- Drive franchise sales growth by executing sales strategies
- Collaborate with Regional Business Lead and customer-facing teams to support patients through their HAE journey
- Lead demand generation focused on healthcare professionals (HCPs) and educate HCPs on Takeda’s HAE portfolio brands
- Manage HAE marketplace complexity (distribution, site of care)
- Work with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patient access to therapy
- Adhere to all policies/guidelines and ensure high customer satisfaction; exemplify company culture/values
- Perform daytime plus evening/weekend activities

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Clinical sales background; Bachelor of Science degree (minimum) required
- 5+ years successful relevant healthcare sales experience managing and accountable for own business
- Knowledge/experience with complex selling model (highly desirable)
- Biotech experience (desirable)
- Results-driven with track record of results and compliance
- Business acumen; knowledge of sales processes
- Organizational and territory planning skills
- Ability to acquire/analyze customer data to create sales strategies
- Change agility experience
- Experience influencing HCPs to prescribe and launch (plus)
- Travel ~50% (overnight and occasional weekends); support immunology conventions/meetings
- Authorization and ability to drive company-leased vehicle or rental

Training Requirements:
- Contingent on passing mandatory product training (written/oral exams)
- During training (non-exempt): eligible for overtime during training only; not eligible for sales incentives/production bonuses
- Training includes live instruction/independent study/role play (up to 8 hours/day; 40 hours/week)
- After exams: transition to exempt status (no overtime) and bi-weekly pay; eligible for sales incentives/contests
