Join us as a Regional Business Manager - HAE – Houston, TX (reports to the Senior Regional Business Director, HAE).

How you will contribute:
- Drive franchise sales growth through execution of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Lead and customer-facing team members to support patients through their HAE journey.
- Lead demand generation efforts focused on healthcare professionals (HCPs) and educate HCPs on Takeda brands for the HAE portfolio.
- Manage daytime, evening, and weekend activities.
- Manage complexity of the HAE marketplace (distribution, site of care).
- Work closely with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patients receive access to therapy.
- Compliantly adhere to all policies and guidelines; ensure high customer satisfaction; demonstrate Takeda culture and values.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Clinical sales background with a Bachelor of Science degree (minimum).
- 5+ years of successful relevant healthcare sales experience managing and accountable for own business.
- Knowledge/experience in complex selling model (highly desirable).
- Biotech experience (desirable).
- Results-driven track record with compliance.
- Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of sales processes.
- Organizational and territory planning skills.
- Ability to acquire, analyze, and interpret customer data to create sales strategies.
- Change agility experience.
- Demonstrated results influencing HCPs to prescribe and launch (plus).
- 18+ years old; valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Travel 50% (overnight and occasionally weekends); support conventions/meetings supporting Immunology.
- Authorization and ability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental.

Training Requirements:
- Employment contingent on passing mandatory product training with written and oral examinations.
- During training: classified as non-exempt; eligible for overtime (not eligible for sales incentives/production-based bonuses).
- Training includes live instruction, independent study, role play; up to 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week.
- After passing exams: transitioned to exempt status; paid bi-weekly; eligible for sales incentive programs/contests.
