Regional Business Manager - HAE (Houston, TX)

Responsibilities:
- Drive franchise sales growth through execution of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the Regional Business Lead and customer-facing teams to support patients through their HAE journey.
- Lead demand generation efforts focused on healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Educate and inform HCPs on Takedaโ€™s HAE portfolio brands.
- Manage complex HAE marketplace dynamics (distribution, site of care).
- Work closely with third-party specialty pharmacies to ensure patients can access therapy.
- Compliantly adhere to all policies and guidelines; ensure high customer satisfaction and embody company culture and values.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Clinical sales background with a Bachelor of Science degree (minimum) required.
- 5+ years of successful relevant healthcare sales experience, managing and accountable for own business.
- Knowledge and/or experience in a complex selling model (highly desirable).
- Biotech experience (desirable).
- Results-driven with a track record of results and compliance.
- Demonstrated business acumen and knowledge of sales processes.
- Organizational and territory planning skills.
- Ability to acquire, analyze, and interpret customer data to create sales strategies.
- Demonstrated change agility.
- Demonstrated results influencing HCPs to prescribe and launch (a plus).
- Must be 18+ with a valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- Travel 50% including overnight travel; occasionally weekends; support Immunology conventions/meetings.
- Authorization and ability to drive a company-leased vehicle or rental.

Training Requirements:
- Employment contingent on passing mandatory product training (written and oral exams).
- During training (for external hires): non-exempt; eligible for overtime only during training; not eligible for sales incentives/production bonuses.
- Training includes live instruction, independent study, role play; up to 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week.
- After passing exams: transitioned to exempt status; no overtime; bi-weekly pay; eligible for sales incentives/contests.
