Rare Disease Business Manager (Gastroenterology Rare Disease Sales Team) β€” Seattle territory (Washington – Virtual).

Responsibilities/Objectives:
- Implement marketing plan; use on-label/approved materials to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales/patient objectives.
- Communicate disease/product/formulary information truthfully and compliantly.
- Execute brand strategy across assigned territory to maximize sales within targeted HCPs/clinics.
- Analyze local/managed-market trends to set long- and short-term goals.
- Work in a matrix environment (Patient Services, Specialty Infusion Pharmacies, Managed Markets).
- Build compliant internal partnerships and seek Compliance/Legal guidance when unsure.

Accountabilities:
- Meet targeted HCPs/staff to assess needs.
- Consultative, highly technical selling for Short Bowel and/or Ulcerative Colitis.
- Maximize positive patient impact.
- Manage speaker program budget per compliance requirements.
- Use CRM to document account profiles and pre/post call activity.

Qualifications:
Required: BS/BA; 3+ years pharma/biotech/med device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda); ability to discuss therapeutic strategies; develop clinical/business expertise; strong communication; live near assigned geography; adapt to changing needs; commitment to learning.
Preferred: local marketing strategy execution; managed care knowledge; specialty injectable/infusion specialty pharmacy sales; Gastroenterology/orphan/highly specialized experience; analyze technical data for strategic plans.

Licenses/Travel: Valid US driver’s license (clean record).
