Radioligand Therapies (RLT) Sales Specialist, Prostate – New Mexico/West Texas

Responsibilities:
- Own territory business for prescribing/referring physicians; build and execute territory business plans including disease education (diagnostic/therapeutic), product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain and grow key account-partner relationships in line with target priorities and company requirements.
- Create and use customized tools/strategies to access and engage HCP targets; establish Radioligand Therapy (RLT) as the partner of choice across community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Develop and execute call plans to grow access and sales opportunities; use sales data reporting tools with customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with medical specialists (Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncologists) to support patient outcomes.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
- 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams (last 5 years).
- 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ years’ experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience (last 5 years).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration; ability to communicate clinical product information and sell to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytical and ethical leadership skills.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles of territory border). Travel 60–80%. Valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across disease states/therapeutic groups, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary expected: $145,600–$270,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; may be eligible for annual equity awards. US-based eligible employees receive comprehensive benefits and time off.
Training:
- Complete initial training for field roles (home study; ≤8 hours/day and ≤40 hours/week).
