Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) โ field-based/remote role supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own business for prescribing and referring physicians; drive relationships and create/execute territory business plans, delivering disease education (diagnostic/therapeutic), product value propositions, treatment protocols, and appropriate customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain and grow key account partner relationships in line with target priorities and company policies.
- Use customized tools/strategies to engage HCP targets and establish RLT as the partner of choice across community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Demonstrate self-awareness, passion for learning, ability to inspire, and willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Communicate clearly and compellingly, handle objections, and close calls with a commitment to action.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of territory landscape, competitors, market dynamics, product/clinical data, and anticipate changes to optimize execution.
- Develop and execute call plans to improve access and sales opportunities; promote a technical, innovative portfolio.
- Use sales data reporting tools with customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree.
- 3+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similar complex sales with large geographically dispersed teams (last 5 years).
- 1+ years in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ years in prostate and/or neuroendocrine tumors and/or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience (last 5 years).
- Proven cross-functional/collaborative ability; strong clinical product communication; consistent high performance; successful large-account/key segment selling.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills; ethical leadership and compliance with policies/laws.
- Reside in territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license; drive/fly within territory.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement/medical calling.
Training/Driving/Eligibility:
- Driving is essential: fully valid, unrestricted driverโs license.
- Field role with dedicated training period; complete initial training (home study; โค8 hours/day; โค40 hours/week).
Benefits/Compensation:
- Salary range expected: $145,600โ$270,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity awards; comprehensive benefits and time-off (US eligible).
