Key Responsibilities:
- Own business outcomes for prescribing and referring physicians; build and execute territory business plans including disease education (diagnostic and therapeutic), product value propositions, treatment protocols, and appropriate customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain and grow key relationships with account partners aligned to defined target priorities and in compliance with company policies.
- Develop and use customized tools/strategies to gain access to engage HCP targets within territory accounts and deliver a clinical value proposition; establish Radioligand Therapy (RLT) as the partner of choice in community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Demonstrate self-awareness, a passion for learning, ability to inspire others, and willingness to challenge the status quo and embrace change to optimize execution.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively; handle objections effectively; close calls with a commitment to action.
- Maintain deep understanding of the territory market landscape, competitors, market segments/dynamics, product and clinical data; anticipate environmental changes to optimize execution.
- Develop and execute call plans to achieve goals and improve access and sales opportunities to a sophisticated audience.
- Use sales data reporting tools to understand trends and apply customer insights to identify territory/customer growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college/university).
- 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similar) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
- 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ years’ experience in prostate and/or neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience, within the last 5 years.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment; communicate clinical product information; consistent high performance; successfully sell to large accounts and key customer segments.
- Self-starter with analytic abilities; ethical leadership and compliance with company policies and laws.
- Reside within the territory or within 50 miles of the territory border; travel 60–80% across a broad geography (drive/fly within territory); valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs related to sophisticated products/reimbursement pathways.

Driving:
- Driving is essential; must have a fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license.

Training:
- Field role: must complete initial training (including home study) with no more than 8 hours/day and 40 hours/week.
