Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) β field-based/remote role supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own prescribing/referring physician relationships; develop and execute territory business plans including disease education, product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain/grow key account-partner relationships in line with target priorities and company policies.
- Use customized tools/strategies to engage HCP targets and establish RLT as the partner of choice across community and academic hospital and community oncology accounts.
- Plan and execute call plan; optimize access and sales opportunities; handle objections and drive commitment to action.
- Analyze territory/competitor/market dynamics and sales data to anticipate changes and identify growth opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly structured) complex, geographically dispersed sales (last 5 years).
- 1+ year in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ year in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience (last 5 years).
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clinical product information; strong record with large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytics and ethical/compliance leadership.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60β80%; valid driverβs license (driving is essential).
Desirable Requirements:
- Therapeutic group/disease state experience, account management, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
