Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) — Field-based/remote (supporting key accounts in an assigned geography)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own business relationships for prescribing and referring physicians; drive creation and execution of territory business plans, including disease education (diagnostic and therapeutic), product value propositions, treatment protocols, and implementation of customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain and grow key relationships with account partners aligned to defined target priorities, consistent with company policies and requirements.
- Use customized tools and strategies to gain appropriate access to engage HCP targets in territory accounts; deliver clinical value proposition and establish RLT as the partner of choice across community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Demonstrate self-awareness, a passion for learning, ability to inspire others, willingness to challenge the status quo, and embrace change to optimize execution.
- Communicate clearly and compellingly; handle objections effectively; close calls with a commitment to action.
- Maintain deep understanding of territory market landscape, competitors, market dynamics, product and clinical data; anticipate environmental changes to optimize execution.
- Develop and execute a call plan to achieve goals and improve access and sales opportunities; promote a highly technical and innovative product portfolio to a sophisticated audience.
- Comfort using sales data reporting tools to understand trends and apply customer insights to identify territory and customer growth opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (4-year college/university).
- 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly structured industries) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
- 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ years’ experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience within the last 5 years.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a matrix environment; communicate clinical product information; consistent high performance; ability to navigate and sell to large accounts and key customer segments.
- Self-starter with analytical skills to prioritize relevant information to solve customer needs; ethical leadership and compliance with company policies and laws.
- Reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border; travel 60–80% across the geography; drive and/or fly within the territory; valid driver’s license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs for a sophisticated product or reimbursement pathway.
Driving Requirement:
- Driving is essential; must have a fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
Field Role Training:
- Must complete initial training, including home study, up to 8 or fewer hours/day and 40 or fewer hours/week.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary expected to range from $145,600 to $270,400 per year (final offer based on skills/experience; may change).
- Performance-based cash incentive; potential eligibility for annual equity awards depending on level.
