Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT)

Responsibilities
- Own business for prescribing/referring physicians; build and execute territory business plans, including disease education (diagnostic and therapeutic), product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain and grow key relationships with account partners in line with target priorities, compliant with company policies.
- Create customized tools/strategies to access and engage HCP targets; establish RLT as the partner of choice across community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Deliver clear, compelling customer messaging; handle objections; close calls with commitments to action.
- Use deep territory/competitive knowledge and clinical data to anticipate market changes and optimize execution.
- Develop and execute call plans to improve access and sales opportunities while promoting a highly technical, innovative portfolio.
- Use sales data reporting tools and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly structured industries) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years.
- 1+ years in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ years in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience (within last 5 years).
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally; communicate clinical product information; consistent high performance; successfully selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical leadership/compliance.
- Live within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license; drive/fly within territory.

Desirable Requirements
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and medical calling on HCPs.

Benefits/Compensation
- Performance-based cash incentive; eligibility for annual equity awards depending on role level. Salary range: $145,600–$270,400.
