Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT)

Responsibilities:
- Own relationships with prescribing/referring physicians; create and execute territory business plans delivering disease education, product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain/grow key account partner relationships per target priorities and company policies.
- Build customized tools/strategies to engage HCP targets and position RLT as partner of choice across community and academic hospitals and community oncology accounts.
- Demonstrate self-awareness, continuous learning, and a mindset that embraces change to optimize execution.
- Deliver clear, compelling clinical messages; handle objections and close calls with commitment to action.
- Use deep understanding of territory/competitors/market dynamics and clinical data to anticipate challenges.
- Develop and execute call plans to improve access and sales opportunities; use sales data reporting tools with customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similarly structured) with large geographically dispersed sales teams (last 5 years).
- 1+ year experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ year experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill (last 5 years).
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to communicate clinical product information; proven success with large accounts/key segments.
- Self-starter with analytical skills and ethical, compliant leadership.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Preferred:
- Experience across therapeutic groups, disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Understanding of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.

Compensation/Benefits (explicitly stated):
- Expected salary: $145,600–$270,400/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity.

Driving: Essential function—must have a fully valid, unrestricted driver’s license.

Training: Complete initial training (home study; ≤8 hours/day and ≤40 hours/week).
