Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) โ field-based/remote supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own prescribing/referring physicians and drive relationships; create and execute territory business plans including disease education (diagnostic/therapeutic), product value propositions, treatment protocols, and appropriate customer programs.
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain/grow key account partner relationships in line with target priorities, consistent with company policies.
- Use customized tools/strategies to access and engage HCP targets in territory accounts and position RLT as partner of choice across community, academic, and community oncology accounts.
- Demonstrate self-awareness, continuous learning, ability to inspire, and willingness to challenge the status quo to optimize execution.
- Communicate clearly and compellingly, handle objections, and close calls with a commitment to action.
- Understand territory market landscape, competitors, segments/dynamics, product and clinical data; anticipate changes to optimize execution.
- Develop/execute a call-plan to achieve goals and improve access and sales opportunities; promote a technical, innovative portfolio to a sophisticated audience.
- Use sales data/reporting tools with customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree (4-year).
- 3+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams (within last 5 years).
- 1+ years in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ years in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience (within last 5 years).
- Proven cross-functional collaboration; ability to communicate clinical product information; consistent high performance selling to large accounts/key segments.
- Self-starter with analytic/problem-solving skills and ethical leadership/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of territory border; travel 60โ80%; valid driverโs license.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account management strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or medical calling on HCPs.
Driving is essential; must have a fully valid/unrestricted driverโs license.
