Role: Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) β€” field-based/remote.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own business for prescribing/referring physicians; build and execute territory business plans (disease education for diagnostic/therapeutic, product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs).
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain/grow key account-partner relationships in a compliant manner.
- Use customized tools/strategies to access and engage HCP targets; position RLT as partner of choice across community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Deliver clear, compelling messaging; handle objections; close calls with a commitment to action.
- Demonstrate strong territory/competitive/clinical-data understanding; anticipate market changes to optimize execution.
- Develop/execute call plan to improve access and sales opportunities; use sales data tools with customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare (or similar) with large dispersed sales teams (last 5 years).
- 1+ year in oncology/urology/nuclear medicine/medical devices/complex therapeutics.
- 1+ year in prostate or neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience (last 5 years).
- Proven cross-functional collaboration; ability to communicate clinical product info; consistent high performance; success selling to large accounts.
- Self-starter with analytics and ethical leadership; compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles commuting); travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Therapeutic/disease-state/account-management/new product launch experience.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and/or HCP calling.

Driving is essential.
