Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) β€” field-based, remote.

Responsibilities:
- Own business for prescribing/referring physicians; build and execute territory business plans (disease education, diagnostic & therapeutic value propositions, treatment protocols, customer programs).
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain and grow key account partner relationships in compliance with company policies.
- Use customized tools/strategies to engage HCP targets and establish RLT as the partner of choice across community and academic hospitals and community oncology accounts.
- Demonstrate continuous learning, self-awareness, and change leadership to optimize execution.
- Communicate clearly and compellingly; handle objections; close calls with actions that shift customer behavior.
- Track and apply territory market/competitor/product/clinical data to anticipate changes and optimize execution.
- Develop and execute call plans; use sales reporting tools to identify territory/customer growth opportunities.

Qualifications (Essential):
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or complex sales environments) with large, geographically dispersed field teams (within last 5 years).
- 1+ year in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics.
- 1+ year in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutics (within last 5 years).
- Proven cross-functional collaboration; ability to communicate clinical product information and sell to large accounts.
- Self-starter with strong analytics and ethical/compliance mindset.
- Reside within territory or within 50 miles of the border; travel 60–80%; valid driver’s license.

Desirable:
- Experience across therapeutic groups/disease states, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, and HCP calling.

- Salary range: $145,600–$270,400; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity; US benefits package and time off.
