Radioligand Therapy Oncology Specialist (RLT) โ€” field-based, remote opportunity supporting key accounts in an assigned geography.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own business for prescribing/referring physicians; drive relationships and execution of territory business plans (disease education, diagnostic/therapeutic value propositions, treatment protocols, customer programs).
- Support product access; implement competitive response/pull-through strategies; maintain and grow key account partner relationships in line with target priorities and company compliance.
- Use customized tools/strategies to engage HCP targets and establish RLT as partner of choice across community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts.
- Apply strong clinical messaging: deliver clear value propositions, handle objections, and close calls with next-step commitments.
- Maintain deep understanding of territory/competitors/segments and anticipate changes to optimize execution.
- Develop and execute call plans; promote a technical, innovative product portfolio.
- Use sales reporting tools with customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- 3+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare (or similar) with large, geographically dispersed sales teams (last 5 years).
- 1+ years in oncology/urology/nuclear medicine/medical devices/complex therapeutics.
- 1+ years in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutics (last 5 years).
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and high performance selling to large accounts/key segments; strong ethical leadership and clinical communication.
- Reside within territory (or within 50 miles); travel 60โ€“80%; valid driverโ€™s license.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience across disease states/therapeutic groups, account strategy, and new product launches.
- Knowledge of patient services, market access, buy-and-bill, specialty pharmacy, and reimbursement; experience calling on HCPs.

Driving is essential: must have a fully valid, unrestricted driverโ€™s license.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Expected salary: $145,600โ€“$270,400/year; performance-based cash incentive; potential annual equity.
