Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex, cross-functional projects that directly impact R&D strategy, clinical advancement, or manufacturing scalability.
- Partner with senior leaders across Research, Clinical, Regulatory, and Technical Operations to drive decision-making.
- Translate scientific insights into actionable business and development strategies.
- Contribute to the advancement of cell and gene therapy programs from early discovery through commercialization.
- Present recommendations and insights to executive leadership, influencing enterprise priorities.
Requirements:
- PhD required in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Cell Biology, or related life sciences disciplines.
- 7–10 years of industry experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or related industry.
- Demonstrated experience advancing scientific or clinical programs in R&D.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect scientific work to broader org. strategy.
- Experience in Cell Therapy (preferred).
- Demonstrated record of scientific rigor, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Clear aspiration and potential to grow into scientific and enterprise leadership roles.
