Operations
The Position
- Perform and review analysis of in-process, release, and stability samples of API and/or filled product in accordance with cGMP and site/corporate policies.
- Maintain accuracy and scientific soundness of lab data.
- Ensure environmental compliance and GMP compliance of the laboratory.
- Maintain testing proficiency for methods.
- Ensure timeliness of lab results and investigations.
- Provide operational support of the QC laboratory.
- Support DAPI US and DFP water testing program.
- Support lab preventative maintenance program.
- Other accountabilities as assigned.
Relationships
- Reports to the Quality Control Manager.
Qualifications (required/preferred)
- Associate’s degree in a scientific field or equivalent education + relevant experience (preferred).
- 1+ year experience in a clinical or industrial/pharmaceutical laboratory (a plus).
- Able to perform routine testing per SOP and GMP standards (a plus).
- Knowledge of basic laboratory techniques (a plus).
- Attention to detail (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication (a plus).
- Execute testing according to a structured plan (a plus).
