Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively plan and support contract activities for externally outsourced research, KOL engagements, IDMCs, advisory boards, and other external engagements.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (contracts, procurement, finance, vendor management, source to pay, etc.) to ensure timely agreement execution and proper payment processing; troubleshoot contract and/or payment issues.
- Provide status updates to the clinical development team (Global Project Heads, Clinical Research Directors, Clinical Scientists).
- Create and maintain tracking tools for TA external budget, including engagement status, upcoming plans, and payment status.
- Manage additional operational aspects of the department budget, including Travel & Expense (T&E), sponsorships, and other project-related activities.
- Report external commitments/spend and T&E.
- Support generation of Therapeutic Area Review Committee (TARC) governance meeting minutes; follow up on governance directives with project teams.
- Coordinate TA-wide meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in life sciences, engineering, business, or STEM field (required).
- 2β3 years in project management or operations, preferably in Pharma/Clinical Development (required).
- Ability to work with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and influence without direct authority (required).

- Experience managing vendors for outsourced activities.
- Excellent writing skills; ability to use AI to support governance meetings.
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge and interest/knowledge of new technologies.
- Oral and written fluency in English.
