Project Manager

Role: Lead cross-functional pharmaceutical R&D programs supporting drug development from preclinical to clinical phases. Responsibilities: develop and manage project plans, coordinate stakeholder meetings, track milestones, identify risks, manage budgets, and support regulatory submissions (e.g., INDs). Collaborate with R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of development milestones. Requirements: Bachelor's in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related; 5+ years in pharma/biotech, including 3-5 years in project management supporting research or clinical initiatives; experience managing cross-functional, regulated projects; strong knowledge of drug development lifecycle. Preferred: advanced degrees (MS, PhD, MBA), PMP or similar certification, experience with regulatory submissions, and familiarity with project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.
