Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end capital/engineering project delivery across assigned sites (initiation through handover), including reporting, approvals, schedule/performance, financial recovery planning, risk assessment/mitigation, and transition to operations.
- Ensure benefits realization by tracking performance against defined KPIs and overseeing service partner performance vs contractual KPIs.
- Conduct assurance reviews and stage-gate assessments to meet quality, safety, compliance, and governance standards; ensure alignment with regulations, policies, SOPs, and site requirements.
- Lead safety culture and project risk management; support/deliver risk assessments; ensure completion of risk mitigations, EHS CAPAs, and responses to Global Alerts.
- Manage incidents/adverse events with corrective/preventive actions and drive Root Cause Analysis; stop work and escalate as needed.
- Plan projects with sponsors/PMs (requirements, scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, timelines) and develop project options with stakeholders.
- Define delivery/procurement strategies (incl. value engineering) and oversee service partner safety/compliance.
- Engage stakeholders in governance forums; support audit readiness and continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree (engineering/life sciences/construction management or related) or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in project management/technical delivery in a regulated environment.
- Experience across design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and qualification.
- Proven ability to build/maintain project plans, budgets, and risk registers; strong written/verbal communication.
- Practical understanding of facility quality and safety; knowledge in EHS and Facilities Safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP or formal PM training; MS Project/Primavera; advanced degree.
- Experience leading multi-discipline pharma/biotech/lab teams; continuous improvement/lean.
