Key Responsibilities:
- Fort Worth, TX territory includes Fort Worth, Weatherford, Arlington, Irving, Granbury, Southlake/Grapevine, and Cleburne/Burleson, TX.
- Develop business plan for assigned territory aligned with sales plans, strategies, and objectives.
- Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
- Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Understand and demonstrate targeting principles.
- Develop pre-call planning strategy for key targets.
- Build positive, interactive relationships with peers, customers, and company managers.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Gather and utilize information from offices, pharmacists, and others to implement strategies for territory prescribers.
- Leverage sample program, literature, and other materials to ensure physician awareness of Viatris products.
- Differentiate products from competitors and respond to customer issues confidentially and appropriately.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development in efficient sales, communication, and product knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree required.
- 1+ years’ pharmaceutical sales experience preferred (combination of experience and/or education considered).
- Documented history of successful performance.
- Demonstrated business acumen; influence and negotiation skills; excellent oral and written communication.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Demonstrated leadership.
- Ability to meet key competency expectations; work independently and as a team.
- Self-starter; highly motivated.
- Ability to learn/apply/communicate products and disease states.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel; must live within geography of responsibility or reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- English proficiency required.
Compensation (salary range): $100,000–$150,000 (Professional) or $108,000–$162,000 (Senior).
