Professional (Senior) Sales Representative, Diversified Therapeutics β Austin, TX

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve the Austin, TX territory including Austin, Round Rock, Temple, Killen, Bryan, and College Station, TX.
- Drive sales by promoting Viatris products in a prescribed manner to OBGYNs, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Pharmacists.
- Execute and continuously improve a territory management plan tailored to customers based on real-world experience; develop pre- and post-call planning strategies for key targets and/or accounts.
- Leverage available assets (e.g., Lunch and Learns, Displays, Resources) with a business-owner mindset to ensure HCP awareness of Viatris products.
- Achieve territory sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices and required regulations.
- Gather and use information from offices, pharmacists, and others to develop and implement strategies for territory prescribers and maintain ongoing understanding.
- Develop clear call objectives based on customer profile.
- Ensure high levels of call and field productivity.
- Listen, observe, and solicit feedback to engage in meaningful dialogue and identify information customers find useful for improving patient outcomes.
- Use persuasive, balanced dialogue to gain agreement and influence customersβ beliefs and behaviors to support appropriate product utilization and improved outcomes.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely, reliable manner with consistent information.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree required.
- 0+ years pharmaceutical sales experience; 0β3 years B2B sales experience.
- Documented history of successful performance.
- Demonstrated business acumen.
- Demonstrated success in influence and negotiation skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Demonstrated leadership; meets key competency expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member to deliver results.
- Self-starter and highly motivated.
- Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states over time.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel.
- Must live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driverβs License and acceptable driving record.
Preferred Qualification:
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing English.
Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000β$150,000 (Professional) and $108,000β$162,000 (Senior).
