Position Summary
The Radiopharmaceuticals Production Operator will support daily production operations at the Indianapolis, IN manufacturing site, ensuring each batch is produced correctly the first time, maintaining a clean production area, and strictly complying with cGMP, aseptic requirements, and radiation safety requirements on the production floor. The role reports to the Production Manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Execute production of RayzeBio drug products (raw material preparation, line clearance and cleaning, equipment/instrument setup, etc.) while ensuring compliance with cGMP, aseptic practice, and management expectations.
- Support Production Management with training of new hires.
- Support and execute validation activities for clinical and commercial manufacturing.
- Support process improvements internally and cross-functionally.
- Support inventory management (cleaning supplies and PPE).
- Support day-to-day production operations and upkeep of the production area.
- Promote a culture of safety and compliance with EHS and Radiation Safety programs.
Education and Experience (Required/Preferred)
- 1โ4 years operating in a GMP environment.
- Experience operating aseptically within ISO 7/Class C (strongly preferred).
- Associateโs or Bachelorโs degree in a STEM field (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and precision in liquid handling.
- Experience with radiochemistry and/or radiopharmaceuticals (strongly preferred).
- Laboratory experience, particularly with pipetting and laminar flow hoods.
Skills and Qualifications (Required/Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP and aseptic practice.
- Knowledge of injectable and/or radiopharmaceutical drug product manufacturing.
- Excellent professional ethics and integrity; ability to maintain confidential information.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure while meeting the production schedule.
Physical Demands / Work Environment
- Regularly required to sit, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
- Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Close and distance vision.
- Must be willing to wear PPE for long periods; lab work with protective clothing, gloves, safety glasses, and radioactive materials.

- Indianapolis, IN: $31.07โ$37.64 per hour (full-time/FTE basis). Additional incentive cash and stock may be available (based on eligibility).
