We are searching for Product Manager, Health & Wellness & Benefits (New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL).
Purpose:
- Support development and execution of product strategy for the Health & Wellness & Benefits domain, translating enterprise priorities into employee, manager, and HR outcomes.
- Manage roadmap execution and value delivery across assigned capabilities, focused on experience, adoption, compliance, efficiency, and operational performance.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic Product Ownership (45%):
- Support development/execution of the product roadmap aligned to enterprise HR vision and portfolio priorities.
- Translate business needs, policy requirements, regulatory considerations, user insights, and vendor dependencies into product requirements and end-to-end digital experiences (benefits enrollment, navigation, decision support, service workflows).
- Define/monitor outcome-based success metrics (experience, enrollment completion, navigation success, efficiency, data quality, adoption, service performance, integration reliability).
- Manage capabilities across the lifecycle (simplify, automate, scale, retire, or better connect across vendor ecosystem).
- Contribute to business cases, value hypotheses, and benefits realization.
- Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership (35%):
- Lead cross-functional work to deliver domain outcomes across teams and external vendors.
- Own backlog prioritization, dependency management, delivery sequencing, and coordination of vendor integrations.
- Partner to balance regional requirements, compliance needs, ecosystem dependencies, and seamless user experience.
- Identify risks/dependencies/tradeoffs; escalate as appropriate.
- Ensure execution quality, testing/readiness, change readiness, and operational readiness.
- Continuous Improvement & Enablement (20%):
- Represent employee/manager/HR/service voice via discovery and feedback loops.
- Drive continuous improvement using user insights and operational learning.
- Support adoption/enablement of new capabilities and changes.
- Contribute to product standards and ways of working across HR Digital.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- 5β7 years product management, HR technology, digital product delivery, or related.
- 3+ years HR or HR-adjacent experience.
- Experience managing product delivery for domain capabilities with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, health/welfare benefits processes, employee service delivery, digital platform ecosystems, and vendor-integrated solutions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex matrix environments and influence across boundaries.
- Proficiency in agile product management (backlog, prioritization, iterative value delivery).
- Ability to translate complex process/technology concepts into product direction and execution priorities.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with Workday and HR digital ecosystems (benefits admin, employee service platforms, case management, workflow, vendor integrations).
- Experience applying automation, analytics, or AI to HR workflows.
