Product Manager, Health & Wellness & Benefits (New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL)

Purpose:
- Support development and execution of product strategy for the Health & Wellness & Benefits domain.
- Manage roadmap execution and value delivery across assigned capabilities, focusing on experience, adoption, compliance, efficiency, and operational performance.
- Partner across Benefits, Total Rewards, HR COEs, Global Services, Contact Center, Digital, Data, Engineering, Delivery teams, and external vendors to deliver end-to-end outcomes and integrate a multi-vendor benefits ecosystem across North America.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategic Product Ownership:
- Develop and execute the product roadmap.
- Translate business needs, policy/regulatory requirements, user insights, and vendor dependencies into product requirements and end-to-end digital experiences.
- Define and monitor outcome-based success metrics (experience, enrollment completion, navigation, efficiency, data quality, adoption, service performance, integration reliability).
- Manage capabilities across the lifecycle (simplify, automate, scale, retire, or improve connectivity).
- Delivery & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional delivery with Product Delivery, Experience Design, Data, Engineering, Benefits Ops, Global Services, Contact Center, HR Ops, and vendors.
- Own backlog prioritization, dependencies, delivery sequencing, and vendor integration coordination.
- Manage risks/tradeoffs and ensure testing, change, and operational readiness.
- Continuous Improvement & Enablement:
- Gather feedback (employees, managers, HR partners, service teams).
- Drive improvements using user insights and service performance trends.
- Support adoption and enablement; contribute to HR Digital standards.

Qualifications:
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5–7 years product management / HR technology / digital product delivery (or related).
- 3+ years HR or HR-adjacent experience.
- Experience leading domain capability delivery with measurable business/operational/experience outcomes.
- Strong understanding of HR operating models, benefits processes, employee service delivery, digital platform ecosystems, and vendor-integrated landscapes.
- Lead cross-functional teams in matrix environments; influence across boundaries.
- Proficiency in agile product management (backlog, prioritization, iterative value).
- Ability to translate complex process/technology into product direction and execution priorities.
- Preferred:
- Workday and benefits/employee service platforms, case management, workflows, and vendor integrations.
- Experience applying automation, analytics, or AI to HR workflows.
