Position Responsibilities
Product Manager, Global Medical Affairs BI&T (Scientific Content & Publications): Own product management and delivery of BI&T capabilities/services for Medical Affairs Medical Communications teams. Partner with BMS Medical Excellence, Therapeutic Area teams, BI&T Content Capabilities, and Worldwide Commercialization Excellence to define and drive digital capabilities for Scientific Content & Publications (content usage/value metrics, componentized/AI-generated content, localization, publications management, and workflow integration). Lead and accelerate Medical digitization; ensure information capabilities/operations are reliable, accessible, secure; drive adoption via matrix teams and build partnerships with Medical leadership.

Provide domain leadership
- Own multi-year technology roadmap; prioritize portfolio; understand underlying data.
- Develop business cases; define/measure business outcomes; achieve value at lowest cost.
- Bring external/technology trends; translate needs into requirements; โ€œfit for purposeโ€ decisions.

Provide strategic leadership & matrix execution
- Partner with senior leaders; trusted advisor/thought leadership.
- Enable change adoption (release/cutover planning, impact assessment, training enablement, hypercare/support readiness).
- Leverage matrix; empower delivery teams; manage trade-offs (speed/quality/cost); communicate issues/success; remove roadblocks.

Required Experience/Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (MBA strongly preferred).
- 7โ€“10 years in Pharmaceuticals IT for Medical Affairs or Commercial.
- Domain expertise in BI&T for Medical Affairs (publications & scientific content management).
- Proven delivery of strategic plans/investment business cases; drive digital capabilities for superior customer experience.
- AI/new tech application in Medical Affairs; large-scale deployments; agile/SDLC knowledge.
- Enterprise platform experience (e.g., Veeva Vault MedComms, iEnvision).
- Enterprise mindset across Medical Affairs/Commercial/Clinical; self-starter; line/matrix leadership; innovation/continuous improvement; strong collaboration/communication.

Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- Princeton, NJ: $166,600โ€“$201,880 (plus potential incentive cash/stock based on eligibility).
