How You Will Contribute
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Partner with Marketing leadership to define and execute a multi-year donor engagement strategy and product roadmap.
- Co-own vision, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of donor-facing digital products.
- Improve donor acquisition, activation, engagement, loyalty, retention, and donor lifetime value.
- Translate business objectives and customer needs into digital product investments and measurable outcomes.
- Balance customer needs, business priorities, technical feasibility, compliance, and timelines.
Customer Intelligence, Analytics & Personalization
- Translate customer intelligence, behavioral insights, and predictive analytics into donor experiences.
- Define requirements and roadmap priorities for personalization, audience activation, intelligent decisioning, and engagement optimization.
- Incorporate behavioral, lifecycle, eligibility, preference, and engagement signals into journeys.
- Evolve customer intelligence capabilities for acquisition, conversion, retention, reactivation, loyalty, and lifetime value.
Next-Best-Action & Intelligent Decisioning
- Operationalize next-best-action models using behavior, predictive analytics, business rules, and engagement signals.
- Turn model outputs into recommendations, decisioning frameworks, and donor engagement experiences.
- Define success measures and experimentation/adoption plans; govern and measure recommendation effectiveness.
Digital Experience & Omni-Channel Journey Orchestration
- Deliver omni-channel journey orchestration (web, mobile, email, SMS, emerging channels).
- Enable personalization via dynamic content decisioning, targeting, journey optimization, and behavioral strategies.
Product Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Lead cross-functional delivery; manage product lifecycle; communicate strategy, progress, value, risks, and outcomes.
- Lead and mentor Product Owners.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years related experience; Bachelorβs degree in relevant fields.
- Preferred: Masterβs (MBA/Data Science/etc.).
- Required: healthcare/life sciences/regulated customer engagement (including blood/plasma donation).
- Strong product leadership, customer-centric digital experience creation, cross-functional initiative leadership.
- Experience with customer data/segmentation/journey orchestration/personalization; experimentation and measurement.
- Knowledge of next-best-action/AI/decisioning and predictive modeling concepts.
- Experience with CRM/CDP/journey orchestration/marketing automation; Agile/SDLC/DevSecOps. Salesforce experience preferred; certifications preferred.

- Base salary range: $154,400.00β$242,550.00.
