Product Manager, Professional Promotional Marketing (Erda-iDRS) β Horsham, PA
Responsibilities:
- Lead professional marketing tactic execution from insight generation, agency development, regulatory oversight, and launch with field teams.
- Develop and optimize promotional materials and field tools with agencies, sales, medical, brand team, and training teams to ensure impactful, compliant execution.
- Develop and execute HCP promotional tactics and content supporting brand strategy, customer engagement, and launch objectives across priority segments.
- Partner with the salesforce to drive appropriate use of materials; incorporate field feedback, customer insights, and performance data to optimize content and messaging.
- Help lead content development for sales meetings, selling assets, and non-personal promotion assets.
- Partner with Sales Learning & Development to ensure field teams are knowledgeable on the product and disease state.
- Work with print production and agencies to ensure resources support field selling and new patient starts.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree (MBA/advanced degree helpful).
- 5+ years work experience, including 2+ years in marketing, sales, sales learning/development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy, or experience in a qualified leadership development program.
- Project management experience.
- Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
- Ability to travel up to 25% (overnights/weekends).
Preferred:
- Field sales experience.
- Product launch experience.
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies (e.g., AI) through exploration and iteration.
