Principal Scientist, Medical Physicist

Role: Principal Scientist, Medical Physicist specializing in radiopharmaceutical (RPT) dose modeling and translational dosimetry analysis to support RPT drug development. Responsibilities include collaborating with Radiation Biophysics and Discovery teams to design experiments, analyze imaging data from PET/SPECT, and develop models such as physiologically based pharmacokinetics for animal-to-human dose translation. The role involves advancing radiopharmaceutical technology, particularly alpha-emitters, and providing technical support and training. Requirements: PhD in Medical Physics or Engineering with at least 6 years of experience in molecular imaging and RPT dose modeling, including extensive publications (10+). Expertise in pharmacokinetic modeling, proficiency with dosimetry software (e.g., OLINDA, GATE, Python, Matlab), and knowledge of global dosimetry guidelines are essential. Preferred: experience with alpha-emitting radiotherapeutics and oncology therapeutics. The position entails cross-functional collaboration and occasional travel (~10-15%). Work setup is remote within the U.S., with responsibilities focused on supporting the development of innovative radiopharmaceuticals for cancer therapy.
