Principal Scientist (Director), Outcomes Research, Pediatric Vaccines

Role: Principal Scientist/Director of Value & Implementation Outcomes Research focusing on pediatric vaccines, supporting evidence generation to meet needs of clinicians, payers, policymakers, and HTA agencies. Responsibilities: design and execute observational studies, develop health economic dossiers, collaborate cross-functionally to inform product development and market access strategies, and engage with external stakeholders including HTA bodies. Manage study budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards. Present findings at conferences and publish scientific articles. Qualifications: Master’s degree in health services research, epidemiology, health economics, or related field with 4+ years of post-degree experience; PhD or MD preferred. Skills include health outcomes research, real-world evidence, economic modeling, and stakeholder engagement.
