Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead value evidence teams for Womenβs Cancer; develop and execute value evidence strategies and obtain senior management approval.
- Provide outcomes research leadership on cross-functional regional/global teams.
- Assess drivers/barriers to reimbursement and market access; inform clinical, regulatory, payer/access, marketing, and evidence generation strategies.
- Design and execute observational studies (prospective/retrospective); develop protocols, questionnaires, case report forms, analysis plans, reports, presentations, and publications.
- Manage study contracting and budgets.
- Develop supplementary clinical data packages for submission to HTA agencies in partnership with markets and HTA statistics.
- Support country affiliates with local evidence needs; adapt health economic evaluations and outcomes research documents (protocols, reimbursement dossiers).
- Communicate outcomes research and health economic modeling internally and to external stakeholders.
- Stay current on scientific/methodological developments; build relationships with worldwide scientific experts; present and publish.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Doctoral degree (PhD, DrPH, ScD, PharmD) in relevant discipline.
- Required: Masterβs degree (MSc, MPH) in relevant discipline.
- Experience: 4+ years post-degree.
