Role: Healthcare reform and policy analyst supporting pricing and market access strategies within a biopharma context. Primary objectives include monitoring legislative changes, assessing risks, modeling financial impacts, and informing leadership with insights on policy developments affecting pharmaceutical pricing, especially in federal and state healthcare reforms.

Responsibilities: Evaluate legislative and regulatory mandates impacting drug pricing; collaborate with policy, legal, finance, and strategy teams to inform decision-making; develop scenario models on pricing and profitability; prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management and investor relations; support legal and compliance initiatives related to congressional inquiries; provide insights on market access and pricing frameworks, including government programs like URA and 340B.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, policy analytics, or finance; at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical industry preferred; strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Work Setup: 0-10% overnight travel; primarily office-based with potential for hybrid work arrangements.
