Responsibilities:
- Own AD&D franchise commercial strategy for Alzheimer’s and Dementia pre-POC R&D programs, building commercial cases and recommendations for pipeline stage-gate decisions.
- Drive customer-centric commercial strategy through early product development up to PDC formation using inputs from internal/external experts (health care provider, patient, payer, regulatory, device, IP).
- Represent the franchise on R&D governance committees to guide program strategy, pipeline advancement, and stage-gate transitions.
- Act as interim Global Commercial Leader near POC readout and through start of Phase III, initiating early regional engagement.
- Develop and deliver minimum/target product profiles to inform clinical development and study design from Phase I through Pivotal.
- Create long-range plans including market sizing, forecasts, and P&L (opex for capability build and spend).
- Develop and update competitive assessment/differentiation strategies across portfolio.
- Identify key business questions via primary/secondary research, analytics, and collaboration.
- Align disease-area strategy across research, development, and commercialization; direct strategic pipeline projects.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 10+ years in commercial/business functions; solid biopharma commercial experience.
- Experience managing diverse projects (budgets/contracts), prioritizing/pivoting rapidly.
- Strong leadership, planning, analytics, decision-making, problem-solving.
- Executive presentation, strong written/oral communication.
- Cross-functional influence; manage commercial partners/vendors.
- Analytical thinking; strong project management; financial modeling experience.

Preferred Skills:
- AD&D market dynamics and access considerations.
- Prior pipeline strategy experience.
