Territory Business Representative/Manager (TBR/TBM) β Diabetes/Endocrinology
Responsibilities:
- Achieve commercial objectives in assigned territory by developing and executing quarterly/annual growth plans.
- Use a consultative, specialty sales approach focused on behavior change (not transactional selling).
- Educate healthcare providers on guideline recommendations with clinical evidence; promote preventive, risk-mitigating strategies.
- Improve patient workflows to proactively identify at-risk patients, support continuity of care, and help ensure prescribed therapies are received.
- Build relationships with all stakeholders influencing care and prescription fulfillment; partner with office staff to improve access and prescription conversion.
- Identify and address reimbursement, access, and treatment barriers.
- Coordinate customer touchpoints; collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Training, Market Access, Commercial Ops) and with peers to share best practices and implement initiatives.
- Maintain professionalism and ethics; comply with policies, regulations, and healthcare laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- TBR: 2+ years; TBM: 5+ years successful sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical device/healthcare or B2B where sales result from workflow implementation.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding sales objectives through behavior change across multiple stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong consultative selling/account management; ability to influence and create urgency.
- Business planning, territory management, analytical skills; navigate complex healthcare systems.
- Identify barriers and develop creative solutions.
Working Conditions:
- Periodic evening/weekend work as needed; vehicle and airline travel; valid U.S. driverβs license; 5 days/week in territory.
Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Anticipated base salary range: $85,000β$140,000; eligibility for commission/equity (field sales) and broader benefits (details at offer).
