Territory Business Representative/Manager (TBR/TBM) – Diabetes/Endocrinology
Responsibilities:
- Achieve commercial objectives in assigned territory; develop and execute plans to exceed quarterly/annual growth targets.
- Use a consultative, specialty sales approach focused on behavior change (not transactional selling).
- Educate healthcare providers on guideline recommendations with clinical evidence and preventive, risk-mitigating strategies.
- Create and sustain behavior change by improving workflows that identify at-risk patients, support continuity of care, and ensure prescribed therapies.
- Uncover and resolve objections/barriers limiting at-risk patients’ access to therapy.
- Build account relationships across all stakeholders influencing patient care and prescription fulfillment; partner with office staff to improve patient access and prescription conversion.
- Identify and address reimbursement, access, and treatment barriers.
- Coordinate multiple customer touchpoints for long-term growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Market Access, and Commercial Operations; share best practices and contribute market intelligence.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and healthcare laws; embrace coaching and continuous development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- TBR: 2+ years sales experience (pharma/biotech/medical device/healthcare/clinical/B2B) where sales result from workflow implementation; or TBM: 5+ years with the same.
- Proven history exceeding sales objectives; demonstrated behavior-change success across multiple stakeholders.
Skills:
- Strong consultative selling/account management; ability to influence behavior and create urgency.
- Business planning/territory management/analytical skills; navigate complex multi-layer healthcare systems.
- Identify barriers and develop creative solutions.
Working conditions:
- Periodic evening/weekend work; vehicle + airline travel; valid U.S. driver’s license; 5 days/week in territory.
Compensation (stated):
- Anticipated base salary range: $85,000–$140,000.
