Role Responsibilities
- Achieve commercial objectives in the assigned territory and exceed growth targets (quarterly/annual), aligned with corporate goals.
- Use a consultative, specialty sales approach focused on behavior change; educate providers on guideline recommendations and clinical evidence.
- Create and sustain behavior change by enhancing workflows that proactively identify at-risk patients, support continuity of care, and ensure prescribed therapies.
- Build and manage comprehensive account relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, diabetes educators, office personnel, healthcare systems, and other stakeholders.
- Partner with office staff to improve patient access and prescription conversion; identify and address reimbursement, access, and treatment barriers.
- Coordinate multiple customer touchpoints to support long-term growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Market Access, and Commercial Operations; share best practices with Regional Business Directors and peers.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical representation; comply with company policies and healthcare laws.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- TBR: 2+ years of successful sales experience in relevant industries/contexts where sales result from workflow implementation.
- TBM: 5+ years of successful sales experience in relevant industries/contexts where sales result from workflow implementation.
- Track record of exceeding sales objectives with examples of achieving behavior change across stakeholders.

Skills
- Consultative selling/account management; ability to influence behavior and create urgency.
- Business planning, territory management, and analytical skills; navigate complex healthcare systems.

Working Conditions
- Periodic evening/weekend work; vehicle + air travel; valid U.S. state-issued driverโ€™s license; work 5 days/week in assigned territory.
