Position Description
- The Territory Manager drives complex brand strategies across the Alzheimer’s disease portfolio to create urgency for patient care across multiple healthcare settings and specialties (e.g., Neurologist, Primary Care, healthcare systems).
- Works compliantly across internal functions, including Medical, Payer, and Field Reimbursement teams, to influence systems of care and identify referral networks.

Key Deliverables
- Significant account management and sales experience.
- Successfully promote the full portfolio across multiple specialties and healthcare systems.
- Optimize a data-driven approach and other technologies to accelerate reach and scale, meet customer needs, and drive business results through execution excellence.
- Support positive infusion and infusion monitoring experiences by ensuring stakeholders are trained and equipped to infuse products safely and effectively.
- Build a healthy Alzheimer’s disease care ecosystem by identifying and influencing formal and informal referral networks across stakeholders and health systems.
- Drive consistent ways of working within the regional healthcare market to meet customer needs.

- Use Account Management skills to understand patient, product, and monetary flows when patients are referred for advanced AD diagnostic testing or an infusion.
- Determine needs, expectations, and pain points for HCPs, patients, and care settings in the local territory.
- Deliver business results through execution excellence, business ownership, and technology.

Basic Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification or license required if required by a specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time; Lilly will not sponsor work authorization/visas (e.g., F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT, J-1, H-1B, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, L-1).

Additional Preferences
- 3+ years in a field-facing role or 3+ years relevant experience (e.g., institutional healthcare account management).
- Live inside the territory geography or within 30 miles (preference for residing in geography; no relocation).
- Proficiency in local dialects.
- Proven, consistent top performance in account-based selling.
- Alzheimer’s disease, Diagnostics, Neuroscience/Neurology, or related experience; clinical background preferred.
- Ability to comprehend and explain complex clinical studies.
- Buy and Bill experience.
- Experience in fast-paced environments; ability to synthesize complexity and execute effective action plans.
- Strong business analytics and strategic thinking; ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Ability to work well across functions to drive results and meet customer needs.
- Resilience and self-resolution of problems.
- MBA, advanced degree (e.g., Pharmacy, RN, MPH), or certification (e.g., PET/CT technologist).
- Willingness to fully participate in established training dates and the April National Meeting.
